Scope of Services. Through this Site, Sage Serenity markets and arranges Home Care, Senior Care, Personal Care Assistance, Companion Care, Dementia Care. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Sage Serenity or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Sage Serenity may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Sage Serenity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage Serenity's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Sage Serenity in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sage Serenity from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. VA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of VA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Updates. Sage Serenity reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
